RESERVATION AND CANCELLATION POLICIES
For reservation OR cancellation made MORE than 30 days before your arrival, a deposit of 50% of the total cost of the rental is required and non refundable. The balance of 50% is refundable.
For reservation OR cancellation made LESS than 30 days before the arrival, the total cost of the rental is required, non refundable.
SECURITY DEPOSIT
A security deposit is required; 200$ for stay less than 7 nights, 300$ for stay more than 7 nights.
This deposit will be given back to you after a verification of the property (inside and outside) with the owner, the day of your departure.
A summ of money could be retained in the case of; excessive disorder or dirt, moving any kind of piece of furniture (light or heavy) from its original place, breaking because of bad use of anything in the house, adding extra adult(s) for night(s), put up tents or trailers on the property...
***Important***
The tenant risponsable of the rental agreement must be 25 years old (and up) and ensure his(her) presence during the WHOLE stay.
